I have been involved in the marketing and sale of premier waterfront, water view and village properties on Cape Cod since the 80's with a strong local knowledge. I offer buyers and sellers of Cape Cod property unique services that I have developed over the years.

Vacationing on the Cape since the early 60's and then purchasing a bay front beach house in the 70's. I made the decision to relocate to the Cape full time from Boston in 1987. In my previous life I had been involved with marketing for clients such as General Electric, Raytheon and Itek. Marketing and product development for the juvenile products Industry with clients such as Sears, J.C. Penny, Linens and Things, Costco. Marketing and contract negotiation in the Juvenile licensing industry with programs with some of the top juvenile manufacturers and retailers in the world.
